My client, a leading UK Debt Management company, is looking to recruit customer service advisors (client liaison
officers) to join their expanding team based in Carrington, South Manchester.
The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to maintain contact with customers from the first introduction call through to
completion of the account. You will be responsible for building client relationships to ensure that they feel reassured
during their time of financial difficulty. Other duties include effectively answering client queries and offering
additional products whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Experience in a similar role is essential and call centre experience is desirable.
