Position: Sales Executive

Ref: [contact details removed] Our client based in South West London is looking for a business developer and sales manager to (over time) take charge of
the sales for services offered on both the companies offerings of a Booking system and online services such as search
marketing and website design .

They are offering an opportunity to grow into a director of sales role with the possibility to hiring and managing a team
of sales managers within the next few years.
This role is best suited for someone with a real passion for technology and all things digital, with an entrepreneurial
attitude and strong results drive.

The based salary is proposed at 21-25k annually with a bonus of 10% of sales profits for anything more than 3k per month.

Commissions can be made off the following services for the 1st billing year (commissions paid once payment received from
client)
1. Website design (from 2.5k and up)
2. e-Marketing contracts (from 800 per month and up to around 4k)
3. Start up Fees (from 500 to 2k one off)

The Booking system primarily targets serviced apartments and multi-owner properties like resorts. They also have a small
proportion of customers who are pure hotels, but these are mostly smaller business operating with strong sales and
marketing drive.

Guest Extranet
Travel agent and corporate extranet
Back end:
Reservations
Check-in/Out
Property Management
Operations (including noted for maintenance, housekeeping, etc)
Company and Travel agent manager
Rates and Promotions
Packages module
Guest Profile Management
Products and Services Module
Marketing and Communications module including email marketing
Invoicing and accounting
Full Reporting
Including customisable dashboard/"start" page
