Supporting a team in their investment banking division, this role requires a talented team assistant who will coordinate extensive global travel itineraries, manage ever-changing diaries and regularly liaise with clients. Your ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally will be key in keeping abreast of the team's movements. Skills/experience required;

* Recent, demonstrable experience gained within a senior-level role
* Evidence of supporting multiple team members in busy and demanding teams
* Background from financial services or similar fast paced corporate company
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
