Our client, a leading International law firm are looking for a Receptionist/Audio Visual Assistant to ensure that the meeting rooms are properly set up, that the equipment is working and that the users are conversant with the equipment they are using to ensure we provide an exceptional service to our clients. This role will also ensure the Reception and Switchboard function runs smoothly in providing a key service to the multi-sited London office.
This is an extremely varied role with tasks including setting up video conferences, providing ad hoc technological support for clients when required and monitoring the status of the meeting rooms, audio-visual and telephone equipment to ensure it is always in good working order. The chosen candidate will provide relevant technical training to the Hospitality team and set up Power Point presentation equipment ensuring that it works in time for the relevant meeting. The role will also entail a variety of reception/switchboard duties.
An advanced knowledge of IT equipment, audio-visual equipment and switchboard operation is a must for this role. WebEx experience is desirable but not essential but the ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of professional client services and care, excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure are all essential characteristics required for this role.
This is a full time role paying 26,500 depending on experience.
