Our client, a hugely reputable Global law firm are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high level support to
the firm's International HR Director.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the professional services sector or a blue chip environment and will be
charged with developing a strong relationship with Finance, the CEO's office and key departments. Being involved in all
aspects of the HR Director's role will be a crucial factor in providing an adequate service, as well as dealing with day
to day demands e.g. preparing spreadsheets, preparing PowerPoint presentations, handling highly confidential matters,
dealing with enquiries, monitoring progress and managing paperwork. This is an extrenmely varied role and will include
all Ad hoc duties normally associated with a role such as this.
The chosen candidate will have experience within a similar role within the legal or professional services industry. They
will also demonstrate commercial awareness, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under time pressurised
constraints, demonstrate drive/leadership and teamwork.
This is a full time role paying up to 40k depending on experience.
