Global brand based in West London are looking for a PA to come on board to look after the Management Team. This role
reports into the Executive Assistant and does require a bright, switched on candidate who is willing to muck in and get
involved. This is a newly created role working with an incredibly busy team. There is definitely development opportunity
with this role and the opportunity to progress through the ranks quickly. Ideal candidate will be graduate calibre, have
a thorough and detailed approach and be able to process information in an effective and efficient way. Typical duties
will include diary management, travel arrangements, meeting organisation, research, liaising with high profile clients,
marketing initiatives and event work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for a busy role with
responsibility. A European language would be an advantage - especially French, Spanish or Portuguese.
