Semiconductor Field Service Engineer (Diffusion/ Furnace)

Are you an experienced Field service engineer in the semiconductor industry? Do you have experience installing, maintaining, and supporting Diffusion Furnaces?
Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of Semiconductor Diffusion Furnaces used for R&D and high throughput manufacturing. They are currently expanding theirs teams and require a field service engineer to support their products around the world.

The successful candidate will be required to:

Take ownership of their given toolset; providing maintenance, training, installation support and more. Primarily on Diffusion Furnaces.
Ensure the highest level of service at the client's customer site.
Be able to travel anywhere in Europe, and the world, at short notice.
Be able to adapt to an environment of different needs and cultures at customer locations.

The Ideal candidate will have the following:
A strong semiconductor field service background, preferably on Diffusion / Furnace systems or related vacuum technologies.
Process knowledge of semiconductor diffusion furnace equipment would be a bonus
Understanding of all safety measures and requirements when working on vacuum equipment.
Previous experience as a field service engineer, as well as travelling extensively is advantageous.
HND in Physics / engineering, similar or better.

This role will require relocation and travel is expected to be up to 50% and more.
