Our client is leading software company providing a range of real estate and facilities management software solutions who are a highly professional organisation with activities in many regions across the World creating great opportunities for the right candidate to further their career. They are currently recruiting for a Business Develop Manager to sell their software to be based in London or the Home Counties.
The Role
The purpose and remit of the Business Develop Manager role:-
* Developing new business in the London / Home Counties area selling to end user organisations with typical order value of 50k
* Identifying opportunities in the territory, taking the opportunity from initial contact to negotiating and closing the sale
* Ensuring that contact is made at a senior level with key decision makers and that our client is added to the tender list for such contracts
* Build a sales pipeline of opportunities to ensure the sales target will be exceeded for the year
* 100% new business 'hunter' role
* Reporting directly to the Sales Director
The Candidate
The Business Development Manager skills and experience required:-
* Must have a proven track record in selling application software services within the real estate or facilities management sectors
* High achiever and be able to demonstrate sales success in this market sector
* Minimum of 2 years experience selling application software in real estate or facilities management sectors
* Commercially astute, with the ability to see the customers perspective and sell the benefits accordingly
* Personal charisma be able to identify potential business opportunities, set appointments and close the deal
* Team player, relationship builder, able to communicate and present solutions at Board Level
* Capable passionate and enthusiastic with the will to win
The Reward
In return the Business Development Manager will receive an excellent remuneration package including 30k - 45k basic salary plus uncapped and OTE up to 90k, car or car allowance, company pension scheme, healthcare, 30 days holiday and additionally the company offers excellent and genuine career opportunity.
