Personal Injury Manager required for leading Yorkshire Personal Injury Firm.

Due to successful growth, this top 40 UK Firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Manager with a proven track record in personal injury to oversee a team of fee earners and assistants. You will be responsible for managing team performance, providing technical coaching and delivering a profitable claims handling service to clients.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, duties will include coaching and monitoring fee earners, conducting appraisals, improving systems and processes, ensuring excellent customer service, ensuring compliance, setting and agreeing KPI's, managing performance incentives and providing a first class litigation service. You will have a proven track record in multi track claims handling along with a successful track record in team management.

You will be a qualified Personal Injury Solicitor with a proven track record of fee earning and man management in this field of law. The ability to achieve deliverables with fee earners is essential. An experienced litigator, you will be an inspiring leader with the ability to develop and motivate a team to success.

The Firm will look at candidates from a defendant background if they demonstrate experience of multi track personal injury claims and management.
