Due to on-growth of the business, this fast growing and asbestos company that has a reputation for providing high quality asbestos services to a portfolio of clients nationally currently requires the services of an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work on a mixture of sites in and around the Scotland area.

They are looking for a keen professional, who must hold the P402, P403 and P404 qualifications and must have previous varied experience in asbestos surveying and air-monitoring/air-testing within the asbestos sector.

The main responsibilities will encompass:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.

Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they comply that they adhere with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.

Producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.

Liaising with the company's portfolio of clients.

Overall, the successful candidate be an all-rounder, flexible, have good attitude, have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to work on initiative and as part of a team.
