Configuration and Release Manager - Agile, C++ - Perm - Scotland - to 55k
Abrecco are recruiting a Configuration and Release Manager on behalf of our client to be based in their Aberdeen or Inverness offices. The ideal candidate with be a highly driven individual with a technical background in C++ who can work within a Scrum managed team. You will be an excellent communicator with proven experience in Version control, software configuration, release management and have knowledge of the full development lifecycle. . Your skills should also include:
Essential:
- Commercial Software Configuration and Release Management experience (SCM)
- Experience in Enterprise scale software configuration system
- Change Tracking/Control/reporting exposure
- Excellent Planning and Communication skills
- In depth knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
- Degree educated with a Development background (C++ on Windows)
Desirable:
- Knowledge of .Net, Visual Studio, Boost, Qt and Unit test framework
- ISO9001 / CMMI standards
