Commercial Property Solicitor / Lease Enfranchisement - Kingston

Introduction

A leading Surrey based practice is looking to develop its Property department with the addition of a further Property solicitor at assistant level.

The Role

- Support for senior solicitors in this department.
- Undertake fee-earning work
- To contribute towards the successful development of the department in line with the business plan.
- To take responsibility for collective enfranchisement and lease extension work for the Conveyancing department.
