Our clients, a leading energy management company with offices throughout the UK, are looking to recruit an experienced
BMS Project Manager. The role involves running projects in a designated area more specifically in and around London area.
The successful applicant will have full ownership and responsibility for implementing and completing projects with their
customers. Responsibilities include:
Operate and deliver projects to customers satisfaction with particular attention paid to Quality Management and Health
and Safety issues.
Financial control of the project including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement,
monthly cost to complete reviews.
Applicant Requirements
Solid BMS and electrical background.
Knowledge of Trend systems.
Proven project management expertise in successfully delivering projects on time and on budget.
Computer literate and familiar with relevant software packages.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and interpretation.
Good understanding of HVAC, access or other building or electronic control systems.
Good understanding of contracting procedures relative to such areas as project correspondence, documentation, timely
notice of issues, site reporting, subcontract negotiation, and subcontract administration.
