BCL Legal is exclusively recruiting a Contested Probate Litigator with 1 - 4 years' PQE in Leeds

Our client is a highly rated and respected full service law firm, based in the heart of Leeds. They offer a professional, personal and traditional service to both individual and commercial clients alike and pride themselves on creating a dynamic and forward thinking working environment.

Due to expansion and growth they are looking to recruit a Probate Litigator to join their busy and successful team.

Any Lawyer with litigation experience looking to join this team will need to have experience:

* In non contested wills and probate to include trusts and tax planning and advise
* Acting on behalf of contested probate claims to include claims under the 1975 ACT and TOLATA
* Dealing with disputed trusts and inheritance disputes

Any Solicitors applying for this position must have litigation and private client experience as well as the ability to work in Leeds city centre. In return, our client is offering an exciting opportunity to work with both national and international clients. Salary will be up to 40,000 dependant on level and experience.
