Our client is a very well known motor parts factor, with several branches across the Home Counties.

As part of an ongoing strategy to develop new product offerings and routes into the replacement parts aftermarket sector,
they are now looking for an experienced retail professional to further develop their branch based trade counter and
showroom.

You will be fully in control of the daily operations of the retail shop and trade counter, making sure that sufficient
stock is available and rotated, taking care of staffing and ensuring excellent service to walk-in customers. You will
also be responsible for managing retail promotions, pricing, displays and general house keeping.

The ideal candidate will have a strong retail management background, ideally with hard products such as car parts or
spares, DIY or Gardening but other backgrounds will be considered if you are dynamic, outgoing, creative and ambitious to
achieve. The role offers excellent promotional prospects and opportunities for career advancement.
