HRIS Project Manager - ERP SaaS, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday.


We are seeking an HRIS Project Manager to deliver the Technology element for a global HRIS SaaS solution for a major
multinational operating a standardised HRIS environment/Service. This is an Upgrade to Recruitment & Talent Management
Systems Programme.


Applicants must have implemented HRIS/ERP/SaaS (SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday) solutions within at least one major
multinational environment previously. Gravitas, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivery are
all essential attributes.


A highly experienced HRIS Project Manager is required to support the programme management team in the implementation of
the programme up to Go Live, undertaking a number of core and highly critical Project Management activities. Project
Lifecycle implementation experience. HR projects experience. Recruitment, Talent, Performance Systems experience - pref
Taleo. Process Modelling experience, MS Office Tools, Prince2 Foundation.

Other Responsibilities:

*Data Migration - Source, Taleo Mapping, File Generation, QA.
*Reporting and Analytics - Design, Build, Test, Training, Sign off.
*Testing - System Test Case, Script Review, Post System Test Readiness Assessment, UAT Case Script Checking, Post UAT
Readiness Assessment.
*Controlling - Ensuring RAID up to date, work with PMO to track RAID closure/progress rates.
*Production & handover materials to Programme Support, attend Project & Transition Meetings.
*Matrixed environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.
