Corporate Commercial Partner

Our client is a small but full service Cheshire practice which continues to impress with the quality of its work and clients.

The firms central focus is around entrepreneurial clients as well as OMB/SME clients which in turn continues to feed the corporate/commercial department.

In order to further its offering, the firm is looking at an additional partner level appointment.

Sought is either a senior associate or partner with substantive corporate and commercial experience. Work will include M&A as well as wider commercial work as the team works very much as "business" lawyers advising clients across a broad spectrum.

The right solicitor is likely to already be a partner but those looking to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply. You will likely be working in Manchester, South Manchester or Cheshire and already be a recognised player on the corporate/commercial legal scene. Whilst a following is not essential, you will have excellent contacts and a track record of business and new client development.

The firm can offer not only a great work/life balance but also an excellent platform to continue doing good quality work albeit outside of Manchester. Equally, you will be given significant autonomy to grow and shape the department.
