manufacturer of residential building products and we are expanding our company and need a great candidate to fill the
position of Manufacturing Process Engineer.

WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?

The Manufacturing Process Engineer will Plan, direct,coordinate & improve / optimize the manufacturing processes in
manufacturing facility.
Support manufacturing plant with process improvement designs and make recommendations to ensure optimal equipment up-time
as well as continuous process improvement efforts.
Mastery of engineering tools and current software applications.
Recommend and justifiy most efficient use of existing production equipment.
Provide new equipment justification based on labor and material savings.
Responsible for the manufacturing process of new and existing products including: ergonomic assessments, productivity
improvements, manufacturing ability, and cost improvements
Analyze, evaluate, and establish plant and work station layouts to ensure the most efficient operating conditions.
Develop and maintain work measurement analysis using current time study or measurement systems / applications.

IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU?

* BSME or related degree

* 4-10 years of experience.

* Experience in project management including;

* Equipment utilization

* Process improvements

* Performance specifications manufacturing process for new and existing products

* Equipment justification

* Project schedules

* May directly supervise up to 7 employees

* Lean manufacturing training and experience with six-sigma

* Experience with automation controls and equipment.
