The team is involved in projects across the continent and has exceptional expertise in mergers and acquisitions, IPO's and capital markets transactions, mining and metals, energy and power projects and project development and finance.
The practice is highly rated by independent observers and continues to expand the Johannesburg team in response to the growing demand for specialized legal services, and as part of a concerted drive to grow their business in sub-Saharan Africa.
The ideal candidate will have excellent Mandarin and English language skills, top tier experience from a leading South African or International firm in either Corporate M&A, Banking & Finance or Energy/Projects work
