We are looking for a Property Assistant to join prestigious property company based near Victoria. We are looking for a
candidate who is more or less immediately available who ideally, has some sort of property experience. This person will
be supporting a Property Manager who is very down to earth, experienced and knows his stuff, good fun but doesn't suffer
fools! We need somebody who will fit in but crack on with their work - a real right hand person.
We need somebody down to earth and unflappable. The workload is constant, there are no quiet periods. High volume of
emails and phonecalls. Being able to prioritise is very important. Candidates need to be comfortable dealing with people
from all walks of life - clients, contractors etc. Strong admin skills and a good telephone manner essential. Very
sociable department of approximately 30 people.
