Our Client is a significant division of a leading international engineering group, manufacturing a wide range of
high-integrity components for the aerospace sector and including complete packages of engine ready parts. As part of a
significant multi-national group it is looking for market share growth and it has a strong record of success in supplying
internationally recognised market-leading aerospace OEMs.
Reporting to the Sales and Commercial Director of the aerospace division, the role carries accountability for delivering
year-on-year business growth through the capture of new business with strategic customers/engine programmes. You will be
accountable for a highly important and strategic European centred OEM and your key objectives will be to deliver a
minimum 15% year-on-year growth, to develop and execute a customer engine strategy and manage the new business
opportunity pipeline in order to maximise commercial returns. You will need to look for innovative solutions to meet your
customer's expectations and provide market intelligence that supports the strategic planning process and new business
capture strategy.
Candidates are likely to be of graduate calibre, who have built a demonstrable and successful career to date within the
aerospace engine components industry. Your early experience will have been grounded in a world-class group and you will
be attracted by the scope to impact upon the business that this role offers. You will need to be bi-lingual
English/French and whilst the business is UK based there is some flexibility on location, including the possibility of
working in France probably in either Paris or Toulouse and you could work from either home or a group facility. The
