Nurture Group Teacher - Enfield, North London - Immediate start
Are you a qualified primary school teacher looking for a slightly different role at a top Enfield school starting immediately? Can you commit to a long term role that could become permanent?
This could be the role for you!
***Nurture Group Teaching Post - Split role
***Outstanding large Primary located in Enfield, North London
***Long term role with opportunity to become permanent
***Teaching Literacy in mornings and group work in afternoons
This hugely successful Primary school located in Enfield, North London is looking to appoint an experienced teacher to join its staff as soon as possible. This post is split. In the mornings the post holder will be teaching literacy to Years 4,5 and 6 to low ability groups (mainly EAL students). In the afternoons you will teaching small groups of no more than 10 expressive subjects (Cooking, Art, Games etc) in a nurture capacity.
The post has come about due to a teacher being promoted and the school are keen to find someone as quickly as possible to replace her as this role has produced some excellent results. The groups have no real behaviour issues and have made excellent progress already this term.
The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher who has worked with EAL students in the past and understands how to progress them. You will need patience and the ability to communicate ideas in a way that fit with these students. You will be motivated by seeing pupils achieve and will be capable of dealing with students coming and going from your group as necessary.
The post is offered on a long term temporary basis but you will be offered the opportunity to interview for the permanent post beginning in September 2012.
If this sounds like the sort of post you have been looking for please email your CV to Adrian at Edustaff for an immediate interview.
