My Client requires a Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team to work on a range of construction projects.

Remuneration
>Up to £42,000 - £47,000 per annum

The Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
will be working on a variety of different new build and refurbishment projects for my client, covering the Education, Commercial, Residential, Leisure, and Retail markets, ranging from £5m to over £20m. As the Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working alongside other senior's and heading up the team of intermediate quantity surveyors or assistant quantity surveyors.
The Client
My client is a well known PQS firm who operate from two offices in the South East of the UK. They have a wide base of companies who use their services, such as IBM and the BBC, and a large variety of projects in different markets.
Requirements
>Ideally at least 7-10 years experience
>PQS background preferable
>BSc/HND/RICS accredited qualification is advantageous
Synopsis
